1. Scope and Subject Matter of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the services of finteradenetim.com. The subject matter of the contract includes the provision of information, analyses, and systems for financial control and risk management for companies and private households.

Our services are provided solely for information and decision-making support. They do not constitute financial or investment advice in the legal sense and are not a substitute for personal consultation with a qualified professional.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties

2.1 Obligations of the Provider

The provider undertakes to provide the agreed services with due care and expertise. The content provided is based on current knowledge and methods of financial analysis.

2.2 Obligations of the User

The user is obliged to provide truthful and complete information. The user bears sole responsibility for decisions made based on our information.

• The use of the services is at the user's own risk.
• Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• The user undertakes not to use the content for unfair or unlawful purposes.

3. Limitations of Liability

The liability of the provider is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, the provider is liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and only for the foreseeable, typically arising damage.

Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded. This does not apply in the event of injury to life, body, or health.

The information and analyses provided are non-binding. The user acts at their own responsibility. The provider does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content.

4. Payment Terms and Contract Duration

For chargeable services, the prices valid at the time of contract conclusion apply. Payment is made in advance according to the chosen payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

• The user may terminate chargeable contracts with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month.
• Free basic offers can be terminated at any time without observing a notice period.
• There is no right to a refund of amounts already paid for ongoing billing periods.

5. Changes to the Terms and Final Provisions

The provider reserves the right to amend these GTC with effect for the future. Users will be informed of material changes in a timely manner by email. If the user does not object to the amended terms within four weeks of notification, they are deemed accepted.

For all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, the court at the provider's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, provided the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special public fund. German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
